Conditions:
• Rates quoted include normal water and electricity, the floating docks have metered electric.
• Municipal live-aboard restrictions apply.
• All rates subject to Florida Sales Tax
• All heads must be Coast Guard approved or sealed.
• No refund will be made on portion of rental agreement not used.
• Dockage is available on a 1st come 1st served basis.  Reservations for 5 or more days accepted, if space is available and if accompanied by a non-refundable deposit.
• A certificate of liability showing the Marina as an additional insured required.
• Dock A and dock B outside have a 40' minimum requirement. Dock B inside and the fixed docks have a 30' minimum requirement.
• Rates quoted are for vessels up to 50' in length.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Vessel owner agrees to abide by all conditions outlined in wet-slip contract.
• The Rose Marco River Marina is a private facility and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Any violation of Federal, State or local ordinances and or the rules and conditions outlined, will subject the vessel and owner to be asked to leave the Marina without a refund.

available weekdays at current service and labor fees.
